About Bright Northumbria Healthcare Charity

Bright Northumbria is a registered charity which was formed in 1998. Donations make it possible for us to support a number of projects which can make a huge difference to our patients and staff. We aim to bring a little brightness to the world and improve the patient experience for those accessing Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s services as well as allowing our staff to provide the very best care. We have helped to fund a huge range of projects across Northumbria Healthcare. From creating calm sanctuaries for staff and patients, to transforming ward spaces to make patients with Alzheimer’s feel safer. Our communities are at the heart of everything we do.
