Walk Volunteer

Help4you

We run a wellbeing walk for all abilities from a simple lap or two of the Outlet Centre up to a gentle stroll through the adjacent parks around the marina and back. We usually end with an optional coffee back at the Outlet Centre.

The walk has recently been paused due to organisers' ill health and inability to do longer walks so will probably take time to regain followers when volunteers are available.

What skills do I need?

  • Friendly demeanor
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Listening
  • Ability to follow our safeguarding and risk management policies
  • Emergency first aid at work and a current DBS check are preferable but not essential

We are a friendly organisation happy to help with your ongoing training and skills whenever we can.
