Qualified Fitness Trainer for seniors with 1st Aid certificate.
45 minutes once per week at discussed day which will be suitable for both parties.
Exercise on chairs for the small group.

About The Cedarwood Trust

Cedarwood is a community hub based in the Meadow Well estate in North Shields. We focus on supporting our visitors to make use of opportunities to improve their health, education, leisure, and economic situation. Our core themes are community support, training, food poverty and child development. We rely heavily on volunteers to provide our range of activities and services.
