HAF Volunteer

Family Gateway

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to support our HAF programme. You'll help deliver fun, engaging activities and assist with meal times, creating a safe and welcoming environment for children during the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Support staff in setting up and running games, arts & crafts, and other activities

Engage positively with children, encouraging participation and inclusion

Assist with supervision to ensure a safe, fun space for all

Help with snack/lunchtime routines and basic tidying up


What skills do I need?

Ideal Volunteer:

Enjoys working with children

Friendly, patient, and dependable

A team player who can take initiative

About Family Gateway

Supports families in the local communities to overcome barriers that they may be facing so that they can feel empowered to make long lasting and meaningful changes for themselves and their family.
